Each year four select Orlando Runners Club members are chosen to represent Orlando as part of our Sister City "Cultural/Running Exchange" Program with Urayasu, Japan. The four chosen members travel to compete in the Urayasu Tokyo Bay Half Marathon in February and in return the Urayasu Runners Club sends four select runners to participate in the OUC Half Marathon in early December.
