This is your E-Letter explaining what is currently happening
with the Orlando Runners Club as well as running news, social
events, races and 'happenings' in Florida. Please forward this on

Special thanks to all Orlando Runners Club members,
family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors that came out on
Saturday, February 25th, to support the Outback Distance
Classic 12K and 3K races. The weather turned out to be
beautiful and the race and post-race party were a huge
success.
Thanks to your participation in this event,
ORC will receive a check from the Track Shack Foundation in
support of our scholarship fund.

Check out the updated and improved ORC Website. One of
the new features is a discussion forum (see the Discussions
link on the navigation menu).
In order to better
connect local runners, the ORC has added a Discussion forum
to our website. Use this forum to discuss training issues,
nutrition, setup runs with other ORC'ers, etc.

- Monthly Group Run - 1st Tuesday of each month - Next
Run is March 7th at 7:00 pm
- Monthly ORC Board Meeting - 2nd Tuesday of each month
- Next Board Meeting is March 14th at 7:00 pm, Location

ORC Monthly Group Runs |
|
|
|
Starting Tuesday, March 7, the Orlando Runners Club
will begin hosting monthly group runs. The runs will start
and end at O-Boys BBQ, 565 W. Fairbanks Ave in Winter Park
(former location of Coyote Grill).
Runs will be a
mix of predictor runs, fun runs, timed runs, etc. Runners of
all paces and ages are welcome!
Make plans to join
us at 7:00 pm at O-boys BBQ in Winter Park.
