the mail? All
ORC memberships
expire on June
30 annually;
renewal forms
were mailed on
June 22 to each
household and
you should have
received it by
now in your
"snail mail"
box. Please

Nominations
for Board Members &
Officers |
The ORC is
now
accepting
nominations
for the
Board of
Directors
and Officers
to serve for
the
2009-2010
term.
Elections
will be held
at the
Annual
Banquet on
July 18th,
at the
Wedgewood
Tennis
Villas
Clubhouse.
The newly
elected
Board
members will
then be
introduced.
The new
Board goes
into effect
with the
August Board
meeting.
The terms
will be
staggered
with one
half of the
Board
serving for
a one year
term and the
other half
of the Board
serving for
a two year
terms.
Thence
forward, all
terms will
be for two
years.
The ORC also
has
apprentice
positions
open to work
with the
membership
database
administrator
and
webmaster to
learn the
skills for
these
positions
and work
towards
taking over
these
responsibilities.

Runs |

upon us and
so is the
heat, but
the Sunday
Morning Group
keeps on
running.
Come join
this unique
group of
runners
which meets
every Sunday
morning
at 7am on
Park Avenue
at Welbourne.
Distances

vary, but
range from 5
to 18
miles. For

All ORC members

Social hour
starts at 6:30
pm with beer,
wine and soda
provided by the
ORC, and dinner
follows at 7:30
pm. The Buffet
Dinner will be

Macroni Grill
and includes
Salad, Chicken,
Pasta, Rolls,
Dessert, and
Tea.
After dinner,
the Elections
for the

will be held,
and then the
