| Sunday Morning Runs - Runners are invited to enjoy the companionship of others on Sunday morning runs in Winter Park. Local runners meet year-round at 7:00 am at Central Park (Park Avenue and Welbourne Blvd.) Routes traverse scenic Winter Park, including some hills and brick streets. Distances vary, but the general route is shown on the Sunday morning run map. |

The Downtown YMCA has a group that runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00 pm. You must be a current member of the YMCA to attend. For more information, contact Tom Phillips at (407) 896-6901. The Lake Mary YMCA has a group that runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm. You do not need to be a member of the YMCA to attend.
