Track Shack Foundation MarathonFest - "MarathonFest" is a training program for the distance runner. This program meets three times a week for 6 months and targets marathons and half-marathons. Select a marathon or half-marathon of your choice and join us for your training. We provide training schedules for most major marathons and half-marathons!
Track Shack Foundation Walk/Run Accomplishment Program - This 10 week program is commonly referred to as "WRAP". WRAP meets twice a week, and offers instruction for the beginning to intermediate fitness walker or runner.
Track Shack Foundation 5k and 10k Training Program - "Five and Dime" is a 10 week running program designed to make you faster! This program meets twice a week and focuses on dropping your race times through speed work and tempo runs. You must have a solid training base before entering this program!
Fleet Feet Sports Marathon Training - This program is for all levels of athletes who like to train for and run a marathon. The program will emphasize training for runners with at least some running background who have previously run a marathon or are serious about completing their first one. This program will meet three times a week for 20 weeks at various locations in the Seminole County area.
Fleet Feet Sports 5K & 10K Training Program - This program is for all levels of athletes who have fun running and would like to improve their running skills through some serious coaching. The program will emphasize training for 5K and 10K race distances. This program will meet twice a week for 10 weeks at various locations in the Seminole County area.
Tri & Run - We will have programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced runners targeting fall half and full marathons including Disney, and are happy to have enlisted the talents and experience of Consuela Styer as coach. Galloway Run Injury Free Marathon and Half-Marathon Training Program - The Galloway method is a unique low-mileage run-walk method making it possible for almost anyone to experience the feeling of completing their goal. If a marathon or half-marathon is your goal and you can currently run/walk three miles, we'll get you to the start line in six months. Other Local Training Programs
Orlando Fit - O-Fit is a Half Marathon and Marathon Training group in the Altamonte /Longwood/ Lake Mary area. We do our long runs Saturday mornings mainly on the Seminole Wekiva Trail. Charity Training Programs
Team in Training - The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Their Team in Training program provides training to run or walk a whole or half marathon or participate in a triathlon or century (100-mile) bike ride. Joints in Motion - The Arthritis Walk helps fund research, programs and services to the 66 million Americans who live with arthritis. As a member of Joints in Motion, you will raise funds and awareness to fight arthritis, the nation's number one cause of disability. Team for Life - The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to assure the development of a means to cure and control cystic fibrosis (CF) and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease.
